The Altra Via Olympus 2 were built for maximum comfort, no matter how far you run. It has a midsole made from Altra's EGO™ MAX which is designed to have a softer underfoot feel and reduced pressure on your joints as you run. 

On the outside of the shoe, the Via Olympus 2 features a durable rubber outsole which is designed to last longer than a typical outsole. It is also designed to provide extra grip and traction on your run, whilst the grid like grooves are in place to add extra flexibility underfoot.
